how much pain can one go through before they break?

nope...i meant to experience a mental breakdown

but you know I have heard that giving birth to a baby is more painful than getting shot by a gun!

by pain..i meant..how your feelings get hurt..like in a loss or so..

oh.. in that case I guess I don't know!
for me personally I don't think sth like a loss can cause me a mental breakdown but of course some people might have such breakdowns when they loose a loved one or their parent !

you know it's not 'bout bein' strong ..its about how much you care..

it's about dealing with the pain and move on!
I'm just saying that you should live your life because no matter how much you care for them, they always want you to move on with you life

if you truly believe that...you'll never break down
